In accordance with House Bill 180 (Megan's Law), any person who is found to be a sexual predator, habitual sex offender, or sexual oriented offender, and resides in Morrow County must now register with the Morrow County Sheriff's Office.

The HelpLine 2008 Resource Directory handbook is now available.

The annual directory is a comprehensive resource that contains more than 1,000 community and government programs that offer financial and legal assistance, volunteer opportunities and, health and human services. The most inclusive of its kind in the Delaware and Morrow County area, more than 19,000 callers to HelpLine relied on the directory in 2007.

Complete with information on eligibility, associated costs and required documentation, individuals, organizations and businesses can access a partial directory online at www.helplinedelmor.org or purchase full version copies of the handbook, CD-ROM or diskette (Windows 3.1 or higher) for $20.00
if picked up at a HelpLine office or an additional $3.50 if mailed.
